Greetings families,
We are so excited to get this season up and running! Our summer clinics will begin on Wednesday, June 22 and want to provide you with the information. Please keep in mind that all clinics will be closed to parents; however, parents will be allowed to walk their child into the facility for drop-off on their first day and stay for the first 15 minutes. Although attendance for clinics is not required, they are strongly recommended for the evaluation process.

Information for Clinics:
Location: 10 Irongate Drive Suite I Waldorf, MD 2002
Dates for Clinics: Every Wednesday and Thursday (June 22-23, June 29-30, July 6-7, July 13-14, July 20-21)
Time: 6p-8p
What to Bring: Bottled Water, a positive attitude :-)
Attire: Loose fitted t-shirt or exercise top, leggings or fitted shorts, tennis shoes (no Crocs), hair out of face, no jewelry
**All athletes must be fully registered with the SMYA Hawks organization in order to participate in the Summer Cheer Clinics. Please check your email for information regarding Cheer Clinics if your athlete is already registered. Summer Cheer Clinics are not required, but strongly recommended to prepare your athlete for the upcoming sideline and competitive cheer season through intensive training sessions. SMYA Hawks Fall Cheerleading Registration is open for the 2022 season.
- May 16, 2022 through July 30, 2022
- Registration - $235.00 per participant
- Deposit of $100.00 required (non-refundable)
- Registration must be PAID IN FULL by July 30, 2022.
All registration fees are to be paid directly to SMYA Hawks Football and Cheerleading Organization. Please note that uniforms will not be distributed until all registration fees are paid in full.
**Some teams may collect team fees to cover the cost of halftime hydration snack/beverage, after game snacks and drinks, breast cancer awareness apparel, and homecoming festivities will be discussed and collected via your Team Mom or Head Coach once the season has begun. These fees are separate from registration cost and are not paid to the organization.
